Does superdrug wash in wash out hair dye really wash out ? 20 POINTS!?

Depends on the condition of your hair to start with, if it has been bleached or even sun lightened in areas, they will hold the colour longer, making it hard to wash out. You could just colour the ends of your hair for a dip dye effect, but then again this is the area of your hair that is most likely to hold a colour as it is older and more damaged/ sun bleached. Or you could try for a red streak effect by colouring random patches..
