How to make my friend jealous?

Just do this, works every time, when she says stupid stuff like that just ignore her... Talk to your other friend about all the fun things your going to do together this weekend and you'll surely see the look in her face that she wants to join you but when she asks say oh I dont think you can but In a polite way, do other things like that too but never give in to her that's what she wants attention, and if nothing else works approach her nicely and try to ask her why she's so stuck up? Try to talk it out in a friendly way and see why then maybe she will change.
