Kaspersky 2011 blocked the internet?

I use win 7 and yesterday the kaspersky 2011 blocked my internet. I could neither open the IE nor Google Chrome to get into the internet. However, I could use some devices such as yahoo messenger and skype. Kaspersky asks me to pay for its version 2012 and I probably buy a new laptop in the near future so I think I'm not going to spend money for the 2012 version. What happened with my lap? Do I need to re-install win7? Sorry my English isn't good enough to explain my problem specifically, hope you don't mid. Please help by giving me the direction within photos. Thanks.
