What would mean more to you?

So theres this girl who I was briefly with a few months ago, it didnt last long and she decided she just didnt want to be with me. Skip to now, im not over her and I want her to give me another chance, we still constantly speak and im thinking about getting my point across to her in a good way. I was thinking either to just simply write her a letter, write her a poem, sing a song for her or make her a flip book. She's really arty and creative so I think she would appreciate it if I made something interssting for her. So which do you think I should do?
