What is this device called?

Hey everyone, When i was in choir in school we used a device so that we can hear ourselves sing like other people hear us to teach us to sing on pitch. It was plastic and looked about like an old fashioned telephone receiver. Does anyone know what the technical name for it is? I would love to get one so that I can start practicing again. Thanks for any help!
