I wrote my own cartoon if i sell it to a company will they get me an artiest to draw it?

Hold on pal, first you have to get it to a company. then yes they will get a team of artist to animate the show, but only after many people have gotten a chance to work on your script, many artist have gotten a chance to work and rework the characters, and the studio and producers have gotten there say. Then and only then will they send it to Korea to be animated.
