Headshot / Resume Advice Needed. Professionals *Only*, Please.?

I've been in the business for a few years now, but it's always been on the other side of the camera. Well, one thing leads to another and after stumbling into a few acting jobs I've been asked by an agency for a headshot and resume. I don't have either of them on hand since I've never pursued acting as a profession, but I'd be insane to pass this up. I haven't worked casting in a couple of years and after doing some research at a very reputable arts school it seems that a lot of people are moving away from the traditional straight-ahead shoulders-up headshot to slightly more "arty" shots that are more composed (for lack of a better word for it.) Can anyone who's actually working point me towards some examples of what a good headshot and resume look like these days? I'd appreciate it.
