My mac will not connect to the internet?

I downloaded an update about a week ago and have not been able to connect to the internet since. I Have tried several things to get it working again but it still will not work. My Macbook pro has a connection but when i open safari or firefox they will not bring up any webpages. I have run diagnostics and it says my connection is fine. Every other device in my house, (Ipod, Xbox, PC) all work fine. Any help would be great thank you ahead of time.

How should a teenage girl meet guys when she goes to an all girls school?

i go to an all girls school in sydney and there is a boys school near me. lots of girls in my year have guy friends and some have boyfriends. however my friends and i don't know any and some other groups as well. i feel like time is really running out especially cause i have the year 10 formal next year. i have evn considered moving to a co-ed school just to meet guys but there aren't many in my area and the one i want to go to is a bit arty and even though i am into all that arty stuff i don't think i'd fit in very well. please can someone give me advice? :)

I have many many contacts in Nokia Ovi Suite and wanna import them to my Windows contacts. How can i do it. by the way I don't have any Nokia device.

15th birthday party ideas?

So my birthday is in early May and I live in San Francisco. I want this [arty to be unique.. not just a dinner party or a swim party or especially not a bowling party. Please nothing to expensive, and what my idea was is to have a big party, and then maybe hang out downtown with them and then have girls go home and rent a hotel room for my friends(or maybe just go to my house for a sleepover). (and hotels cost a lot +food) so the bigger party can't be to expensive. And keep in my transportation, cause i can only fit 8 people in two cars not including my parents so it cant be to far from the hotel.

I wouldn't put that because it makes it seem not as special i would replace it with : which if you are fortunate enough: you may come across one inj a lifetime. Is my boyfriend worthy?

sounds fine, the relationship seems to be okay, i mean i dont know if he is flirting with his friend, but they all seem to know hes in a relationship. so it means everyone knows about you being his girlfriend and he is not hiding it either. I would be jealous that he wants a girl to come watch him play vollyball. but its okay for a guy to have girlfriends and a girl friend, as long as hes not flirting, and it doesnt seem like he was flirting with his friend there. im sure every girl out there think their man is perfect, but trust me, my man was the most perfect of them all i think, not to brag, but i really do think my man is way better than yours.
